Refund policy

At Dr.Zee & Co.® we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments and products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make things right.

You have seven days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• All tags and labels must still be attached.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Sale or discounted items.
• Gift cards.
  
• Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order items
