Shipping policy
We ship all around the world either directly from our studio in Cape Town, South Africa. Cost depend on the country of the factory of origin of the product and the location you (the customer) are in.
Standard shipping from South Africa (to South Africa)
South Africa (local): Standard Shipping is R120 / Free shipping for all orders over R1000
International: Standard Shipping is R1000 / Free shipping for all orders over R6500
Standard shipping from US/ UK (to South Africa) : Standard Shipping is R1000 / Free shipping for all orders over R6500
Standard shipping from US/ UK (to US/UK): Standard Shipping is R120 / Free shipping for all orders over R1000
Once your order is collected by our couriers, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us and we’ll send it through.
We aim to pack and ship your order within 1-2 working days. Local deliveries usually arrive within 1-5 days after dispatch. International orders may take 7–21 days, depending on your location and customs. If you need your order urgently, reach out and we’ll do our best to help!
- All parcels are insured with tracking.
- Shipping can take anything from 7 days to 2 months. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, and are subject to signature authorization.
- Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
- In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred.
- All orders are shipped double boxed with relevant labels.
- International buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility
